At the Lakehouse

Well, I've moved back to school. Leaving home again was sad and daunting, and as usual, no matter how much I prepare myself for it, I'm never fully ready to do it. I said goodbye to Dad and Chris, tried not to cry as I drove to my Mom's work, and then had lunch with Mom before saying goodbye and finally leaving. Now it's back to pharmacy school, back to business, and back to missing not only Mike anymore, but family as well. :(

The Lakehouse is great. I sat off the dock with my feet in the water, and a family of swans swam past. Really. Then Nick and Colleen called me (Nick is best friends with Mike, Colleen is his girlfriend, and this is her first year of pharmacy school) and wanted to have dinner, so that was really nice. I spent a crap ton of money on groceries, then spent the remainder of the evening putting those away, my clothes away, and hooking up my wireless internet (thanks to the all-knowing Jeeber ;) ). Today I have to completely finish putting my room away, because Mike is coming tonight! :D We have a wedding to go to this weekend in Traverse City, and Big Rapids is a good halfway point for him. After that, it's school on Monday morning.

I'm eating strawberry Wheaties. Omg. So good.
