Stayin' Alive

I'm still alive, even though I'm pretty sure I went a record length of time in not updating my precious blog. Actually, it's not that I haven't had anything incredibly interesting to post, it's just that sometimes finding a spare moment to do it can get a little hectic around this time of the year. I'm doing okay, despite the general chaos, I'm just taking it one week at a time, pretty much. By Friday, I will have two weeks of class remaining, and three days worth of finals.

I'm looking very forward to this weekend! I'm doing quite a bit of prep-work this week so that I won't be too bogged down with homework. Saturday is Mike's 25th birthday!! We're throwing a little cookout/bonfire Saturday evening, and I can't wait for that. We're grilling kabobs and building a ginormous fire down by the river! On Sunday is my White Coat Ceremony, and a whole bunch of people are coming to see me! :D My parents, my brother Chris, Mike and his parents, and Shruti! YAY! It'll be a blast to just hang out with people for one last great weekend before all hell breaks loose with school.

It's been SO NICE, oh my goodness. For a while I honestly thought winter would never end, but now it has and spring is here! I'm so very happy to wear flip-flops again, and not have to go twenty miles under the speed limit because they never plow the back roads. Although, nice weather always makes me watch the clock more in class, because I just want to go outside all the time!

I'm moving out of here in three weeks, and although I love living on the water, I've never been so eager for the end of another school year. :)
