"Estimated amount of glucose used by an adult human brain each day, expressed in M&Ms: 250"
- Harper's Index
I wonder if that's accurate. If it is, that's a great excuse to eat 250 M&Ms everyday. :D
I haven't used my ab roller since before pharm school started, mostly because I go to the rec center three times a week now and I thought that it wasn't necessary. Surely the ab machine at the fitness center is far more advanced and effective than my $14.99 plastic do-da from Meijer. You would think. But today when I decided that a wind chill of one degree was just too damn cold to walk to the rec to work out, I worked out with my hand weights and ab roller in my room instead. Lemme tell you, it kind of hurts to sneeze. And to breathe. And other things that require movement of my torso. So for those of you wanting killer abs, I might have found the secret.
I've studied about five subjects tonight. *dies*

Dude. I read your post and I seriously considered going to meijer right this very second and buying one. But then I thought, its 10:20 at night, and its kinda crappy weather... Yet somehow I am still considering it.
DO IT. And if you really DO do it, just make sure you do it RIGHT. Because I used it wrong for about a month and nothing whatsoever happened. But I'm telling you. I'M TELLING YOU. It works.
*winces in pain*
See?
What is the right way and what is the wrong way??
Um.... I don't really know how to explain in blogger. But if you get one and you follow the written directions and it doesn't seem to work, then give me a call and I should be able to talk you through it. ;)
Seriously...best entry I've read in awhile! Just good ol' honest-to-god (PRAISE JESUS) writing right there!
Love ya babe! :-*
Love you more! :*
Thank you for the Abby Normal reference. :)

Mike: Lol, my Dad uses that phrase all the time--I was wondering if anyone would catch it. ;)
Jill: It's a good pain! :D
