Class started. BOoooo. I'm taking sixteen credits and I have all morning classes, except for Tuesdays when I have a lab from 1-4pm. Other than that, I'm done before noon with lots of time to do the rest of my dirty work. In other words, studying.
I have an english class which is slightly surreal. It's almost as if they're teasing us with subjects we could've followed, only to happily remind us that we're still stuck in Pharmacy Land. The class is actually on main campus in the College of Business, and my professor made some funny comments about the impressions which other students have of us. My favorite was that they thought we should receive more work (in her class) than they do because all we do is work out and go to the library to study. I suppose I liked it best because it's so damn accurate. ^_^
Most of my classes are extensions of the classes I had last semester--the next level so to speak. I have many repeat professors but also a few new ones which seem decent enough. Aside from the english course, the only other significantly "new material" course is Introduction to Drug Action, which sounds like it has the potential to be both interesting as well as gut-wrenching.
Internet has been down like crazy since I got back, and apparently a virus is going around on the Ferris network. Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh. God bless this place. It's ok though, 'cause my baby works for the GeekSquad. B-)
Today in Integrated Lab we were learning about proper patient counseling technique, and we watched this video about a young pharmacist entering the profession, which eventually turned into a music video. About pharmacists. It was either absolutely stellar or absolutely ridiculous. I can't decide which at this point.
So don't tell anyone, but I don't really have any homework yet. Not that I'm complaining AT ALL--I like having spare time to do whatever I want--but at the same time I'm a little lost as to what to do with myself. *twiddles thumbs*

You are going to wish so hard for this non hw moment back soon. Enjoy it completely. <3
Oh-ho Kate, you're so, so, so, so right. And I HATE IT. ^_^
I've never liked the Geek Squad logo. There is nothing Geek or computery about it. It's all cool handwritten font above fun exciting block-level Verdana or whatever that is. And what's with the orange? Where did that come from?
