Makeover

OMG I FIGURED IT OUT!!!

So I decided I wanted to change the font/color scheme of my Blogger because it's just been kind of flat and lifeless lately. Blogger beta has all kinds of interesting ways of doing this, but by doing it I had to delete my old template and start again from scratch. Most of the cool things (or, things I consider to be "cool") had to be put back into the new template after the changes were made, such as the photo I always had at the top. I wasn't sure where it was supposed to go (Mike put it there for me over a year ago), so I saved my original template to a Word document and tried to find a similar spot on the new template. Man, it was stressful for me, let me tell you. I'm just not down on the html lingo--AT ALL. The new template was so different from the original, and I spent almost a half an hour mindless searching for an intelligent place to try. I finally found it! :D :D

*whew!*

In other news, I spilled chicken noodle soup all over the futon and my fish died. :( But I had an amazing spaghetti dinner that the Amerian Society of Pharmacists (ASP) threw as a fundraiser at Cafe Ferris this evening. :D Mmmm, pasta.

I also created a new, secondary Blog for the Lovely Kate, who moved away to Alabama this week. I'm not going to use it anywhere near the extent to which I use this one, because it's main purpose is fairly simple. Mostly I will be posting photos illustrating some good memories we've shared, and then I'll probably discuss what I remember about the photo and other things related to when it was taken and why. Some of you don't know the Lovely Kate and this probably won't interest you (in which case, you may disregard this useless information ^_^), but for those of you that do and would like to read it as well, you can find it here: The Lovely Kate. I've only recently started it and I probably won't be doing anything significant until I know she has internet and can see it. Happy reading! :)
